To raise attention to mining safety, the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety ordered mine leaders to descend below ground and ascend to the surface again along with their miners.  TTTT The regulation will take effect on Oct 7.

 Hongshan Chaoyang Coalmining Company in Huanjiang county, Guangxi ，recently  handpicked seven people to be promoted to "assistants to managers"  so that seven asistant managers can be as substitution of managers to accompany the miners going down mine in compliance with the regulation.

How feeling when you know this news with ? I have to admire wisdom of this company's leader . Their ability of creation is display enough to against the policy.

Who dare to say that Chinese lack abilities of creation in the world.  Oh ! My God !

广西Huanjiang 县洪山朝阳煤矿最近突击提升7人为矿长助理，以作为矿长的替代伴随矿工下井，以此符合国家政策要求。
